In therapy my clients regularly say they waited to start therapy because they didn’t think it was “bad enough” to invest in their mental health.

But therapy isn’t just for tipping points,  it’s for the messy middle, the quiet “something’s not right,” the stuck, restless feeling you can’t quite put into words.

Because the truth is: if you’re already questioning whether it’s “bad enough”, it probably means something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to. And that’s more than enough reason to get support.

Frequently asked questions

Are the sessions weekly?

Yes. I've found that weekly sessions provide the best results for my clients.

How many sessions do I need?

I recommend my clients anticipate booking no less than 12 sessions to experience a positive change. However, you are in full control of how long you would like to continue working together.

Can I work with you if I'm not from the UK?

I currently only work with clients from the UK. Should this change I will announce this on my Instagram - so make sure you're following me on there for updates.

Do you accept payment via private healthcare insurance?

At the moment I choose to only work with self-funding clients.

Can I access crisis support? I need urgent help

I do not offer crisis support. If you are feeling suicidal or at risk of harming yourself, please seek immediate help by visiting A&E or calling 999 (in the UK). You can also reach out to your GP or local NHS mental health service for urgent support. For confidential emotional support, you can contact Samaritans at 116 123.
